Grown at elevations of 1,600–2,200 meters in the Ethiopian highlands, our Arabica trees thrive in ideal conditions, with coffee cherries carefully hand-picked from family farms. These highland conditions create a diverse range of flavor profiles—from bright and floral to fruity, sweet, nutty, and chocolatey notes.
